LOL! How about Rich Sloan as "The Pied Piper," walking through a huge cubicle farm, carrying the Startup Nation flag---we`d have to invent one. People toss up their papers, leave the cubes, and march out into a metaphorical sunshine, the freedom of having their own business.

Borrow from Spielberg, where inside the cube farm is all done in black & white, with Rich being the only moving thing in color. Then, like in Wizard of Oz, when the gray people leave the fortress-looking corporation (outside shot), they all turn into color. Same idea done in "Pleasantville."

I definitely think Craig should be in the commercial.

We`ll put a big top hat on him and have him saying "Come this way!" and gesturing out of the office and towards the piper.

hmm....I can`t decided if I`d like to play both the part of Tweedle-dee AND Tweedle-dum, or the Chesire Cat. The problem is if there`d be a useful part.

Craig, I think a "Brady Bunch" theme would work well. Each square would have the faces of "the usual suspects" (you are center-square). All of the squares would revolve above the heads of Rich and Jeff, as they watch their creation perform it`s duties. Perhaps a "networking of information conjure" of some sort.

The result would be all of the squares creating a monolithic success type of thing. Something that invokes a mental construct of cooperation. Not too much of the Brady Bunch thing, just a touch to get the concept of community-based growth (more and more squares. eventually turning into a formidable creation). Like pixels.

Wait! The Monolith....from 2001: Space Odyssey!

We have the moon horizon, with the sun creeping up at "dawn." Hanging in the sky is the Earth. The Zarathustra theme music begins (No, it`s not the Elvis theme!), and we see the great, black monolith!

Jeff & Rich, hands on hips, on a lunar hill are staring at it. Maybe lights for an archeological dig going on...bulldozers, lots of construction gear. Music swells, camera pans closer to the onyx facade....and the message is there. Something like, "Begin a new life. Startup Nation.com!"

Y`think?

Where do you get that stuff from craig? And Sooo fast?  All I know is one second I was editing...and WHAM! You wrote a treatment for a movie.

That was "immediate payback" for the 30-second remark (in 28-seconds)

I`m thinking it would look less like Brady Bunch and more like Hollywood Squares. Wasn`t Whoopi always the one in the middle?
