Please review my site. www.idprofessionals.com

The site was completed by a joint effort with myself and a company that I found on Elance.com.

Our goal for the site is to clearly tell people how popular ID theft is becoming, and to provide peace of mind with our service.  We offer plans for both the single and family, either on a monthly or yearly subscription.

We are not a monitoring service, as ID theft has moved beyond credit reports to medical, criminal, and check cashing places do not even report to the credit agencies.

Please let me know what you think, and thank you in advance for your input.

Good looking site.  Didn't have a ton of time to go over it, but a couple of things that I noticed:

1. On the left hand side when you can click "Child, Spouse, Grandparents, etc. , uncenter the options.

2. Provide a contact email address next to to your phone number or on the top or bottom of the contact us page.  Just a thought, but I can't stan contact us forms.  I often times don't fill them out if I see them, even if I'm interested in the product or service.

3.  Maybe don't call yourself THE leaders in identity theft protection.  Are you really the leader.  How about A leader?

Just a few thoughts.  Very clean site though congrats.

Cheers,

I would work on incorporating a few images of people into it. Helps users relate. US flag = Identity theft? You might want to work on the banner logo as well.

I think you are missing a couple of items that can really boots sales and leads.

One being a email/newsletter list. You should look into offering a free ebook or guide that will entice your website visitors to sign up for your newsletter. Once you have subscribers then you can implement a email marketing campaign.

Testimonials- Do you have any testimonials from clients? If not, try to offer you service to one business owner in exchange for a testimonial. Be sure to place it on your home page.

blog- I would also incorporate a blog into your website. Google and the search engines love fresh content. You could gain a readership by blogging useful tips.

Social Media Marketing- I didn't any links to Facebook, twitter, youtube ect.. Use these resources as a means for marketing.

Hope this helps,

Jerry
