Hi all!

I get a lot of requests from school and churches who want to sell my products for fundraising, but I can`t seem to find any articles on how to set up a fundraising program. I assume also that the profit the organization makes would be in tiers according to how much they sell, right?

My next step is to order some materials, or see if my son`s school has any old ones laying around that I could study. I`m just wondering if any of you know where there might be some good articles that I can sink my teeth into. My Googling is coming up empty!

Thanks so much! I think if I start offering fundraising, it would be great for my business. I`m going to start working on a catalog now.

I suggest contacting www.cherrydale.com . My wife used them for a recent School fundraiser. It is my understanding that they are very helpful. Call Larry Brown: 856-566-9586. He may be able to steer you in the right direction.

PS. Larry Brown is the owner of "First Class Fundraising". He is involved in the business of setting-up Fundraisers, in general. He is not beholden to any one company. Perhaps he can help in adding your products to catalog companies?

Good Luck!

You need a fundraising company to make the major inroads because they are tried and true. They take a piece of the profit but that is ok since the do the leg work you just ship it out. Of course the other chunk goes to the school or organization. Start with www.afrds.org. That is the association of fundraising distributors. Generally schools are looking for companies affiliated witht hem to lower the rip-off risk. PMB me and I can tell you more when you are ready. I also have a few that I am working with that I can shoot your way when you are ready. I am just starting myself but my manufacturer has been a dream in helping to navigate this so I would be glad to share what I have learned.
