I have been searching all over the net.

I can't seem to find an answer.

My company since 1993 is a C-Corp

I let things go by the wayside.

Things I should of kept up to maintain my corporate veil.

If I made a fresh start, from this date forward, would that re-establish my corporate veil?

Or is my corporate veil forever ruined?

Would I be better off dumping my current corp and start a new one for business this point forward?

Thanks,

-Robert

According to my employer you would need to effectively recreate records you should have maintained since you stopped doing so.  It is a fair amount of work but necessary.

I was afraid of that.

I'm leaning toward forming a new LLC.

Thanks
