As for the case info and stuff ...  It happened in Phoenix Arizona around 2000/2001. I am guessing small claims court....



That being the case, this `case` is irrelevant to this thread as Small Claims judgments have no value as legal precedent in our system of law.

Very interesting. It would explain how he was able to get away with doing what he did though. I thought all courts were pretty much the same, what is law in one, is law in all. Shows what I know about law.

I never said that I agreed with his actions, I just let you know what had happened. Personally I never would have done business with him because I thought he was a little cruel to go to the extents that he did, however it isn`t fun to put alot of work into something and get jacked around on it and not paid either.
