Hi,

I`m pretty new to IM.  Right now I have a website that sells only one product, my $9.95 eBay guide.

I`d like to add a smaller probably eBay related report , between $3-$5 I can sell along with my guide, ideally one I write myself, but I`m open to suggestions.

Also, I`d LOVE to have a higher ticket item to sell but have no idea what it could be.. any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,

Jordan

Jordan, I have 2 suggestions:

For finding other eBay related e-books to sell, check out the Warrior Forum (www.WarriorForum.com). There are DOZENS of people there trying to get their eBooks distributed.

For unique, high quality, high value office organizers check out www.NPSG.com
Thee products are not sold in Staples or Office Max or U.S. Stationers...so your customers likely have not seen them before.

I`ll argue that eBay is on a downward trend, moving toward being sidelined. To diversify, you`ll maybe want to look for a product not eBay related at all.

Agree with Craig, it is said that 43% of Ebay users prefer using buy now buttons over bidding and growing. Ebay will adapt to progress.

From what we`ve seen, eBay`s chosen system of adapting is to drive away all sellers. How that will encourage new buyers remains a total mystery. With the new policies about to go into effect, we figure we`ll probably leave eBay completely by the end of the year. We`re still pondering whether or not it`s worth keeping one ad up, only as an online presence.

It`s kind of like Craig`s List, where people "used to" post. Or Sears, where America used to shop. Another superb example of high-level management not really understanding what`s the main product line or how it works for their company.
