I really need your feedback and let me know what I still need to do. I am trying to get it organically ranked in google, I blog but there could be more that I don`t know about.

I would appreciate all feedback - positive & negative

Wow!  Nice site.  I would suggest that you put your contact info up above your page links.  We have about 3 seconds to grab someone`s attention.  If you have your contact info right there, it is more likely to be used.  If a viewer has to scroll, the odds become less likely.

Additionally, when you post a link to your site as you have done in your posting, remember to put the http:// before the site name.  This makes it a live link that a viewer only needs to click on.  Otherwise, it is a copy and paste into their browser situation which becomes less likely.
So:  http://ontheinsidedesign.com  is the link you need to use.

Site looks are great. I would like to make few recommendations.
1.  Please do on page optimization like adding alt tags to the images and title tags to the hyperlinks in the sites.
2.  Also header of the site is not click able, please make it click able and it should take you to home page. This will provide better navigation.
3. Lastly and most important keep on posting on forums, blogs, directories etc for better rank. Hiring a expert SEO for better rank can also be thought in case your budget permits. And please remember getting ranked in Search Engine needs continious effort(s).
Happy Blogging /Postings

Thanks & Regards

Great site! Just a few small things:
1. The text paragraphs are difficult to read because the white on black is too hard of a contrast.  A different font might work better.
2. Consider having a "call to action" on the homepage.  As it is, there is nothing that stands out as to how to proceed through the site.  Give the visitor something to propel them through the site.
3. The side links: The drop down idea is nice, but it just puts another step between the viewer and the information they seek.  If there is only one sub-link below the main link, it would make more sense to have the viewer taken to that page through the main link instead of still having to click both on the main link, wait for the drop down and then click on the sub link to get where they are trying to go.
Good luck!
