I just started a new website and it’s falling a bit flat in
terms of verbiage..My text is not very exciting and could be more descriptive. I
am looking for someone to re-write my site text…Especially my front page. Can
you recommend a service or company that can provide those services?
I don`t think the site is falling down on verbiage - most of your copy is good, but what your site lacks is direction - a guided tour, so to speak.
Your site is a bit different from most that want to keep the viewer, but you want the viewer to use your site as a starting point to client sites - do I understand that model correctly?
It`s an unconventional site, so be unconventional. Your call to action is not "buy my product", but to click on any of my client`s sites. Make it easy to find them.
You may also want to think of a reviewer blog and invite people to write their opinion about service received from your clients.
You don`t need a lot of verbiage. I would move your list of services from the left sides to a series of icons or images (icons load faster) to take the viewer to that page. Your tagline says a lot about the site.
I`m not too coherent right now since I just spent ten days in the hospital and just got home a few hours ago, but if you are doing what I think you are doing then you may have a money-making site here.
