I am researching the idea that business ideas could be developed into companies through online collaboration. I am building a website at www.launchlings.com which will allow people to:

Evaluate business ideas in an online community

Send out market research to a defined target market

Post ideas in their own secure homepages and recruit collaborators based on their feedback, industry experience, knowledge and connections

Give out equity and revenue stakes to your collaborators to motivate them to develop your idea into a business.

I really need your feedback on the idea, any issues you would have in finding collaborators in this way or suggestions on how to proceed with the idea,

I also think this idea has merit.  What types of collaborations are you looking to foster through the site?  Are you looking to bring people with ideas together, or are you also looking to bring people who could bring specialized skills to bring businesses to life?

For example, my expertise is in business planning and financial analysis.  Would someone like me be a good fit for the collaborations you want to create?  What about experts in marketing, social media, or patent law?
