If I were you, I`d contact some of the top commercial real estate firms in
your area and have a commercial real estate broker represent you
exclusively.

A residential representative will typically be wholly inadequate (no
offense intended).

You should also have an attorney that specializes in real estate law and
does nothing but commercial deals on your side.

The commercial broker won`t be any more expensive than the residential
but will know significantly more and represent you better.

If you think you will save money by not having a broker represent
you...you are wrong and will pay for it.
