I do not have the product yet and that will be easy to get. It isn`t an invention. It is putting two things together. A base (which I have to find) and my logo on something else.

Then comes setting up the business. Making my name a corporation name (that will cost) .. Finding the accounts.. creating the selling letter/ pitch/calling these places/a software to see who wants to be the client/if they are interested sending them the product (packing and shipping)

How do I start all this? Where do I begin?

Welcome Christinelee,

You need to start with a solid business plan. You might visit the SBA site at http://www.sba.gov/smallbusinessplanner/plan/writeabusinessplan/index.html. You will find all the basics needed to write a good plan.

I know that SBA is so huge and is the best place, but I also know it can be overwhelming.  If you would like you can contact me at yvssolutions@yahoo.com, we can talk.

How has it been going since your post?

Getting the business started is often more difficult than actually running the business. You may also want to check this article http://www.globalbx.com/a_Tips-On-How-To-Start-A-Business.asp it has covered the basics like what things are needed to be done so you can get the business started smoothly.
