If you are looking to control the quality of the products you are buying in China, I recommend those guys in China: www.ChinaQualityFocus.com.

They have about 35 people in China and are experts in quality control, factory audits, product inspections and product testing.

I have used their service and it only cost 188 euros all inclusive.

It seems they can go anywhere in China within 48H and have a large product testing expertise.
