WOW, so she was driving in my neck of the woods, stopoff at 12:40 on Saturday, and we had lunch until around 3:30 in downtown St. Augustine! We ate and talked non stop. Honestly.  Even the waiter commented on our yabbering.

She truly is a `charmer`, more beautiful in person- both on the inside and outside! I can`t explain how wonderful it was meeting one of my mentors.  I first found her back in Feb. 2007 on another forum, and have valued her advice ever since.  She is ahead of me in this invention/entrepreneur adventure, so I love learning from her.   I just wanted to brag about my new friend!   I can`t wait to see her on Oprah, Donny Deutsch, and Paula Deen giving her product a thumbs up!  WOW, is all I can say.

Thanks Di!    That was such a good time!  We were two very excited entrepeneurs yammering away at lunch about our ideas, our business, our futures, our brands...  The waiter actually came over to us and said we sounded like that text messaging commercial on TV where the teenager talks to the mom like "OMG, It`s my BFF JILL, DHAC!"  It`s really cool to REALLY meet people you work with here.  I`ve purchased many products from SuN members and actually have two fellow members as part of my business team.  I travel a lot and like meeting the people I "talk" to here.  Does anyone else reach out and really meet other members?  What are your stories, who have you met, what was the outcome?

I haven`t met anyone yet, but would love to.  Sounds like you guys had a blast.  Anyone in Chicago want to get together?

Ok, I`m totally jealous, beachdi!  Sounds like you guys had a blast!

Leslie was just up in my neck of the woods too (Jersey Shore) but we didn`t connect this time. Next year in LBI Leslie?? That would be a blast. We can combat the green flies together  Leslie is a sweetheart and her enthusiasm about her product is contagious.

I`d love to meet up with some fellow entrepreneurs! Jeannie from Smudgeguard is not far from me, and we `almost` met a few weeks ago. Maybe when our kids get back into school!

It`s nice when you can connect with like-minded people. When we all become wildly successful, we can schedule a spa-day in a central location  Til then, I`ll just enjoy `talking` to all of you here!

Kathy, that would be great!  We should try to do it before we`re freezing our butts off up here.

Kathy, so nice to hear ya`ll talked for hours also!  I was beginning to think I need to get out more and talk to more Adults in person, not just on line...

Storybook Studio, I am ready for a spa-day, anywhere.  Once we are wildly successful we can book Richard Bransons Necker Island.   Now that means success to me!  I have a pix of the island posted on my vision board.

booklover- so sorry you are in the cold part of the country.  If you are ever in Florida let me know.  You have to drive right by me to get anywhere in central or South Florida.

Glad to hear others are getting together.

Kathy,

Most definately! I just saw that special a few weeks ago where they showcased his island. Did you check out the bathroom that is like, all open facing the water! Not sure I`d be comfortable with that (but I`m sure I could learn to live with it !

We just bought a condo in Vero Beach as an investment (purchased with a partner). I haven`t been there yet but maybe I can meet you in my travels (when I get the guts up to board a plane!). I think it`s pretty far from you though - do you know about how long a drive it is?

Melissa;

Vero Beach is very close, by Southern standards...only about 2 1/2 hours.  My kids travel very well.   it is just a straight shot down I-95, I am on the same coast, Atlantic.   You must visit Cape Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center (titusville) which is just right up the road from Vero.

let me know, and I will pack up my troops and head that way.  I have never been to Vero Beach.  Remember, we still wear our bikinis even at Christmas time.....and Vero is further south so i wonder if they even get cold weather.  We only have cold weather in Late Jan/Feb.   Thank God, I hate cold weather and bundling up 3 kids is a real pain.  I am having to run around today to buy shoes for my twins who start preschool tomorrow.  I forgot the school requires shoes, and my kids have been barefoot or in sandals since March!

Can`t wait to see you back on Donny`s show....

I sure am enjoying my new SUN friends.   Glad ya`ll are out there.

Hi Beachdi!

Twins?! How cool - but how do you do it?! I am literally counting the minutes until school starts so that I can get some work done!

It is 16 days, 12 hours, 4 minutes and 22 seconds until Thursday, September 6, 2007 at 8:00:00 AM

(That`s when my kiddos start school )

I`d love to have a gab fest and find out more about your business. I checked your profile and I am most intrigued! Glad to hear that Vero is warm. I`m hoping that maybe I`ll get down there for a long weekend someday. But we are planning to rent it out...so if you know anyone, let me know ;0)

huh?  do what?  oh yes, the kiddos.  It is really hard.  I cannot fool myself anymore.  EVERYTHING is taking 4 times as long as I estimated.  I have been working with the graphic designer since June.   There are things piled up in my minivan that need to be shipped to my sewing contractor in California, AND I havent picked up my p.o. box mail at the local UPS store for 3 weeks as I didnt ask for an after hours key.   This is the short list.  Why the delays, becuz unhooking all 3 and taking them into public places, well, I just don`t have the energy sometimes.  I also have to pick and choose, grocery shopping, Chik FilA, dr`s appt, or my business task?   I know there is a light at the end of the tunnel, OR the Governor is going to sign my stay of execution before midnite.  I am just waiting.  I figure that if I have come this far since Jan. 2007 with my invention ideas, business ideas, change of ideas, scrapping of inventions, 3 prototypes that are shelved, etc. etc. Then I can really go far when I have 8 hours 2 days a week of uninterrupted time.  and the other 3 days only the twins under foot for 7 hours.  (they are easy, it is the big girl that adds the spice to the mix)  so there you have it, in a nutshell.  Everyday is an adventure in everything I do.

12 HOURS until the twins start pre school 2 days a week.

6 1/2 days until my big girl starts Kindergarten.

thanx for listening.
