I have dreamed of owning my own business. I know that owning a liquor store can be profitable. I have experience in restaurants and nightclubs. I have a bit of debt but good credit. I dont have much for a down payment but I have been looking into seller financed opportunities but they still seem to be way out of my price range. Where do I start? Is this even possible to purchase a business worth $500,000. I have found a few with a great location and great cash flow. What else should I be watching out for?
