Twitter is works great when you include hashtags in your tweets. But I do have to say that the limit they put on sending tweets or messages is horrible. Especially when we are trying to have a conversation with customers. We usually have to ask them to continue the conversation with email.

It is not really surprising why many people are becoming more and more addicted to this social networking site. This is especially true for some business owners, who take advantage of Twitter’s power to reach out to people. I know of a friend who started selling clothes online about a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, she’s not good at website design, although she knows how to create one, only lacking in quality and attractiveness. If she’s not a friend, I wouldn’t have spent a second leafing through her website. Aware of the fame of Twitter, she signed up for an account and started posting about her business. She made sure that those she follows are the kind of people who’d be interested on what she’s selling. Gladly, this site showered her with customers. Her website traffic increased evidently from then on. Now, she’s paying an excellent website maker and is very excited to launch it anytime soon.
