I form new corporations, so I use a third party company to get me the corporate kit, or how others know it by the corporate book, which includes the seal, stock certificates, by laws etc. i just don`t know where to go to get them printed myself.  see the company i use prepares them quite nicely compared to others. the company name is branded with gold letters on the side and the seal comes with the company on it so do the stock cert. i would love to do it myself to reduce my cost, but i just don`t know where. i `ve searched but can`t find. i also know office depot has them, but where you place the company name is a piece of cardboard paper that you type in for instance then slide it through this plastic piece, its flat out...ugly. its not professional looking and anything i supply must be nice. anyone out there have ideas on how to do this myself?
