Not sure if there are many professional investors (angel groups or VCs) that would invest in your concept.  The reason is that it is not as scalable a business as most investors like.

I would suggest that you get out in your community and solicit investment from other local professionals - start by reading up on the SEC's Regulation D (Reg D).  This will provide information about who you can solicit investment from.

A few years ago, I helped a business raise $1.4 million in local investment from 19 investors - this was in a town of under 100,000 in population.  This just might be your best way to go.

Get out and network in your community.  Many other local professionals (lawyers, CPAs, Doctors, other business owners) like to invest locally (their way of giving back).

You can meet investment bankers or a group of serious investors / venture capitalist who would be willing to invest in a plan that has low risk and greater success potential.
