My brand new company, Doveline Media, just launched a humor site called Humorverse (yes cheesy but it works). Humorverse allows visitors to watch and share their own funny videos for free. Now, there are a ton of humor sites out there on the internet but Humorverse is different in the fact that we make sure all videos are appropriate for all ages (with certain exceptions but there is no nudity at all).

Header seems to take up half the page. Reduce. Logo could use some work too. It's completely different from the style the site presents. Might want to go with some lighters colours as well if this is targeted at families. Whites, silvers, oranges ect.
Thanks for the feedback that was actually really helpful. The size of the logo was completely my fault, I work on a 1440 screen and forgot that most people use 1024. I'm working on reducing the size right now. We recently changed the color scheme from orange and blue to green and blue to fit the logo better. The background is still really giving us troubles though, any ideas on what we can do?
