You can buy yourself a VISA gift card with cash.

Most hosting companies let you pay with check or money order. Contact them directly, they will always find a way...after all, hosting companies, like any other business, won`t ever miss a chance to make some money!

I would recommend setting up a Paypal account, pretty much all hosts accept this form of payment. Local hosts really overcharge you, there are plenty of great web hosts out their who will offer a lot more, for a lot less then a local host, while maintaining the quality and support levels.

I think paypal is a good resource and there are a lot of companies you can pay to using it.
