Hello  StartupNation people!

I have hard time finding the right answer…

me and my friend are starting a beverage distribution company in MN. He will be a passive investor (providing all the financial support) while I’ll be actively running the business as a managing director. What would be the fair and reasonable profits share ratio between us since I am not contributing any money but doing all the work. Would 50/50 work? or it’s not fair?

thank you!!!
