I have a survey done on surveymonkey.com. I am not getting enough response.
- Do you recommend any online company that can provide lots of emails and send them? I do not have the capability to send 1 million email from my laptop even if I receive the list.

- Any company specialized in survey where I could simply add mine to their list of surveys?

iContact does not allow spam. If I purchase an email list, they will not allow me to use it and will terminate my account. iContact is only to send to subscriber`s list.

Any other recommendation?

Who is the target of your survey? Sending it to some bulk list sounds like a good way to waste money, not get results. You might spend the same amount trying to pick up adwords people or putting free ads up elsewhere.
