The guidelines are a great help.  I, for one, have been happily reading through website critiques of OTHER sites so that I can glom the wonderfully helpful info ahead of time in designing my site.  I`m using a free website to get it generally designed with as much info ready as possible and then having a professional do the final design from that initial site of mine.

Many of the pros who critiqued some of the sites warned of security issues with shopping carts so I decided to do things this way because I`m not technically savy, I want a shopping cart, and I want anyone who shops at my site to be protected.  I also am of limited financial means and therefore don`t want to waste a pro`s time.

I learned about making the site easy to navigate, making it interesting to visit, and making it a site people want to return to by including "freemium".

For all you pros who have critiqued sites for other SuN members, I thank you because you are also helping me!  May many other newbie entrepreneurs in the making also take advantage of this info without you having to repeat it!

I took the leap of faith and quit my day job, to go after my dream of being a self supporting artist. They wouldnt call it faith if there wasnt a risk, right???

Good luck to you! Jackie        www.jackiegrawe.com

   Hello everyone-

I just recently created a website for my accounting services.

Independent Accountancy Services is primarily focused on providing affordable accounting services for small business that shun at the high price of these services.  The website describes the challenges small business are faced in acquiring such services.  The purpose of the website also talks about establishing business credit through our services.  Reports on client activity will be reported on a quarterly basis to Dun and Bradstreet and the other major credit bureaus.

Your critiques and suggestions are welcomed.

The website came with web templates with a wizard that allow us to edit main areas, accomodating our company`s needs and service announcements.

Our website url is:  www.IndependentAccountancy.com

We appreciate your input and your time in a successful website as a small business.

Thank you and best wishes,

Bree
