1. Place Your Keywords In the Title Tag
2. Proper Use of the ALT Attribute
3. Anchor Text of Links
4. Quality of Inbound and Outbound Links
5. Proper Use of Header Tags
6. Importance of the First Paragraph
7. Ensure Your Site is Accessible
8. Use SEO Friendly URLs
9. Site Usability

perhaps the more important and first step as well, which is to appropriately conduct keyword research. the internet is all a big game of keywords, and getting this step right is extremely critical.

If you want to optimize your website you can get help with SEO methods.

1) Make a strong header tag and title tag.
2) Good usability of the site.
3) The quality should be very good.
4) The key words should also be placed in an appropriate area.

This is where news websites fail. AdSense delivers its best results on pages that have been around long enough for Google to collect some data about what ads work on that page, and what ads don't. News sites, with an ever-changing line-up of flash-in-the-pan articles, elicit poorly targeted ads because those articles don't stick around long enough to build any history with AdSense.

All of these tips are good for optimizing your site for Google, but I think you should also optimize ordinary users - that is easy to use, good navigation to add a site map and not use too many keywords in the page.
