I have an LLC and we are pre-revenue. I need a tool to motivate my employees, ideally "stock options".
- Is it possible to have an incentive similar to stock options within an LLC?
- If I convert to C-Corp, I was told I need attorney to make the stock options plan. The conversion from LLC to C-Corp can simply be done using Legalzoom.com. How much iwould an attorney cost if I was to get those stock options plan?
- Any other ideas to motivate employees at my company stage?

Just wanted to let you know that I visited the small business administration office today and told her I paid almost $500 to set up my llc and ein number and was informed they could do it at their office for $50 total.
