Ever wonder what it is your customers really want and needs? Have you asked them? In person, at lunch, in a group, alone, online, in an email... it doesnt really matter... you just need to ask. At least that is what I have found. Create your own mini focus groups, "live" with you customers -- that`s how you will know where to go and what to sell.
