We have 3 outside sales people in our organization. We want to increase their closed sales and are considering to the the followings:
- provide additional bonuses for overachieving their results
- giving them their own sales tool to manage opportunities and close more business
- do existing customers planning to identify new sales opportunities
- do 3-4 new customer events to generate new leads for them
We would be very interested to hear from other community members their thoughts about this plan and their experiences. What they have done/tried/implemented to increase sales peoples' closed sales.
