We are registered business with san diego county and DBA as vikas international.

We want to find who are importers .or wholesalers for beads and essential oils in major cities like san diego.

But we tried google search,and other b2b trade leads sites like alibaba.com but somehow it doesnt work so we wan to go back to old way to find buyers like yellow pages or chamber of commerce.

And we want to know is there any way we can get a directory of importers or wholesalers in a particular area from government office like county office or small business assistance or custom`s records?

Which is the best way to find official government records of such buyers?
Please dont suggest any online sites as we have tried and tired with that.
