I have an idea (recipe) for a non food item for a niche market. I already have the recipe I just need to find a company that will put the ingredients together and package it for me. HOW DO I DO THIS? Help!!!!

You need to start searching for companies that do such things. That seems obvious, but the issue is not all food production companies will do what you want. So you'll have to invest the time to find one that does.
