Hi,

My name is Tudor Tihan and I am a 28 years old entrepreneur from Romania. I am looking for funds in the US although my company is not yet based in the US, but given the market (video games) I will surely need to open a branch there.

About my history: I started an IT outsourcing service business 2 years ago and have made some notable success with it. Although based on the internet (all my clients are from the US and most of my collaborators are on the other side of the computer screen) we did manage to beat 160 thousand other companies and individuals in the Top Coder contest held by RentACoder. That means that all our clients have been completely satisfied with our work and have given us perfect rating.

The idea behind the company was to gather enough capital in order to fund my own products in the video game area. I have indeed produced a mobile game that is 100% our own and it is going to enter distribution with a local mobile carrier. Unfortunately, the outsourcing service business doesn`t bring as much capital and it eats a lot of my work time (10 out the 14 hours / day). So, naturally, I started looking for smart capital. I`ve already spoken to a couple of investors but haven`t yet reached a conclusion. In the meantime I`d want to push another product abroad, mainly in the US and so I`m looking for quick capital with less strings attached, for the short term, and smart capital in the long term.

My business is Zamolxis Interactiv LLC.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Thank you.

If you have a gaming product, you should develop a trial version for computers. If the games are exciting for youngsters to play, you could raise the capital you need through trial versions.

You mean by shareware instead of trials?

In any case, PC dev. is still some time away for us,
we are now dealing with Wireless/Mobile games.
