You identified your problem  in the first post..."I know that employees want to take their paycheck and go home".
 
so you should target market to those who may be interested in your opportunity and have the right mind set.  thats the easy part...
 
Where are they?  Who are they?  thats another (2) question (s).
 
 
I personally think your problem is fundamental,  or should I say  in most cases  OUR problem.
 
Your either not offering people what they want or your not getting the message to the right people.

Having seen commentary here, I`m also seeing there are two ways to parse the question. The one is to ask, "when I find various people and bring them together, how do I build them into a unified framework to act as a team."

The other is to ask, "where do I find people to form a team, and how do I get them interested in joining this eventual team."

So it`s actually a two-part problem: Where do I find people, and How do I get them to work together.
