Really depends on the call volume and nature of the response - if its a lead gen opp that requires contact deails and answering service or even voice mail can be ok. If you are qualify, doing surveys or sales you need to have a good rep - taking the calls internal may be the best option - if volume is high and or volume by hour is scattered through different time zones you may need an outsource solution. If you are outsourcing consider India or Israel as a cost effective option
