DMoz doesn't give any guarantee for inclusion of your website. No one can tell exact time it takes for inclusion...

Dmoz will approve your listing after the moderation. There are lot of sites in queue. No one can say exactly when will dmoz approve your listing. Listing is based on the quality of your website.

DMOZ approve within 3 weeks if you select the right category for your website.

I read some stuff recently that suggested that the volunteer editors of many parts of DMOZ have abandoned their posts and are no longer maintaining it.

I submitted my site to DMOZ the second week of January, and it's still not listed. While there is no exact time frame on when it will be listed, it's been said that it can take weeks maybe even months.
