I`m interested in starting my own online opt-in listing service (e-marketing), but have no idea how much the start-up costs would be. 
As of right now, it`s just an idea. 
Can anyone toss me some rough numbers? It would be greatly appreciated!

- Web Hosting ... would HostMonster.com work for this? would they be able to provide the transaction processing?
- Accounting Software
- Liabilities
- Anything else I`m not thinking of
