Great point, Craig.  Even though a Standard Practices and Procedures (SPP) or a Policy and Procedures Manual (PPM) may be a living document, I can`t think of a single business that wouldn`t benefit from having one.

A vast majority of businesses begin as one or two man operations. Having total control is one of my favorite benefits of business ownership. But there comes a time, if successful, when one has to outsource various tasks in order to be effective. Freedombusinesssystem.com is a great tool for automation of business tasks that have become burensome for one person. Time is money!!

Let`s make sure we don`t ever confuse the term "outsourcing" with the terms "delegate" and "hiring" employees.
