Readers are leaders.  How many books do you read in an average month?  Do you read business books?  Do you read for fun?

I read both.  I read about 1 to two books a month--depends on the size.  I have read some great books that just cause me to reflect on life and people.  But I`ve read some great business books to help my business grow.  I think it`s important to get kids reading at a young age as they can find treasures and knowledge by themselves.

I am what is known as an avid reader.   I read 3 to 4 books per week.  I read a good mix of fiction, and non-fiction.

We stopped watching TV a couple of years ago, so now we read. I`d say probably about 2-3 books a week, depending on other work requirements. Mostly for fun, though, not so many business books.

2-3 books per week for me. About half fiction and half business. (Like Craig, I don`t watch TV literally at all. I`m sure I would read less if I watched TV.)

I read some books like Business for Beginners by Frances Mcguckin - Start Your Own Business by Rieva Lesonsky  and all the Halo books by Eric Nylund but other than that recently i only read article`s on the net mostly article`s on Entrepreneur.com and some on this site as well but i have been thinking of subscribing to Entrepreneur Magazine

I usually have 3-4 books going at one time and probably complete 5-6 in a normal month.  However, when I am on vacation I become a reading fiend and usually read 14-16 books on a two week trip.  I also get between 30-35 magazines a month - on a wide variety of topics.

Well, a lot, but I`m a little sheepish to admit the titles ...

For example:
Hop on Pop
Green Eggs and Ham
Where the Wild Things Are
Walter the Farting Dog
The Lorax (he speaks for the trees!)

Wow!!!  I thought that there would be a lot of readers on here.  I really think that people who read stimulate their minds and their minds keep sharp.  There are so many benefits to reading even just 20 mintues a day.  Keep reading!!!

I read, just not books right now ... I used to, just too busy now. I have enough to keep me "sharp".

It depends. I used to read more, thought.
Today I feel very anxious and stressed sometimes, only because I don`t have time enough to read all the things that I want to read. It gets really stressful sometimes, and can affect me physically. Does that happen to anyone else here?

Anyways, when I read, I try to read about business-related content. I`m reading Founders at Work, Stories of Startups Early Days right now, and after that I`m planning to read a book about company evaluation, as because I want to get better at the subject.
