Here`s another free evaluation tool I want to share to help you move your business forward.

How effective is your press release?  Find out with this FREE Press Release Grader.  The information this tool provided helped me create a very effective press release, and it is free.  The Press Release Grader is an online marketing and SEO tool designed by Hubspot.com.  Just copy and  paste your press release into this free and easy-to-use evaluation tool.   The grader evaluates your press release content and grades it with a marketing effectiveness score.  The score generated is based upon basic factors from PR experts including the language and content, as well as advanced factors from Internet marketing experts such as SEO characteristics and links.  Give it a try!  Improve your press releases and let me know how you like it!

I have no affiliation with Press Release Grader or Hubspot.com or their employees.

This is great!  Thanks for sharing.

Remember the keys to your press release are:

Date
Contact information
A strong, newsworthy headline
A good lead paragraph - brief and to the point.  This is where you tell them the story idea.  Three sentences max
Solid background information - the why of the story
Great quotes - the who of the story

And always stay in tune with media coverage in your industry.  Maybe there is a national trend story that you can piggy back on, or you realize that your offering something no one else is and it`s something your customers will really care about.
