Offsite bookkeeping can help small business owners focus on their business, get timely and accurate financial information and avoid the cost of adding staff.

At My Fiscal Office, LLC we have  four step process:

Step 1: Collect Your Documents
We`ll work with you to identify the documents that will make up the basis of your accounting and bookkeeping transactions.

Step 2: Fax, E-Mail or Mail Your Documents
Depending on what works best for you, you`ll send your documents to us for processing .

Step 3: Process Documents
Once your documents are received, we`ll record your transactions and send you a confirmation of what we`ve entered .

Step 4: Reports
We`ll work with you to identify the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports you`ll need so you know what is going on with your finances and be able to make timely, informed decisions.

Our Accounting and Bookkeeping services start as low as $200 per month.

We also provide payroll services.    You or your employees can enter hours on-line or you can fax or email their timesheets to us for processing.  Our software allows you to p ay employees any way you want - print checks from your computer, handwrite checks and print detailed paystubs, or use freedirect deposit option.  We will provide you will a schedule of all tax deposits, taking the guess work out of what can be a complex set of rules and regulations.

Our payroll services depend on the frequency payroll, the number of salaried and hourly employees and the how timesheets are processed.  Weekly processing starts at $60 and bi-weekly processing starts at $75.

I hope that helped to answer your questions while providing a shameless plug for My Fiscal Office.

Offsite bookkeeping work or simply called "outsourcing" has helped improve shareholder value and is becoming recognized as a strategy for helping companies focus on their core capabilities and providing bottom-line benefits.

Thank you.
I saw on National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers website that the entry level bookkeeper gets $20-30/hr and full-charge certified bookkeeper is $30-40.
I don`t know how reputable NACPB is. Anybody heard of them??

This is about right.  You may find this info on bookkeeper salaries to be helpful as a benchmark as well.  Best of luck!
