I too am jealous of that vacation schedule. Sounds like you have a great time and am glad for you.

That would work for me as far as saying no orders would ship until ???. As far as backstocking intricate letters that is something that I am working on. This is not a complaint but everytime I start to get an inventory I get a big order. I had a 24 flag banner recently followed by a 16 flag banner. It`s a vicious circle at times but I love it. We are looking into manufacturing at this point.

I have never had their coffee but I bet it`s good. They are personal and small and I think that is why I like it. We have been in there and if they don`t have something on the shelf (like the bread I mentioned) they will make it for you.
Yes, we should talk sometime. We met MiteyMite and Eric(user name here) for coffee once a few months ago.

"vacation"  hmmm... that word doesn`t seem to appear in my 2007 Home Business Dictionary. All I can find is an entry for "work like mad from your hotel room". Time to get a new dictionary.

Until now, I have taken my work along on vacation. So after a full day at Disneyland, you`d find me moonlighting by the computer until the wee hours of the morning. And I learned those commercials where they show the laptop at the beach- well... that is FAR from advisable... (no I didn`t really try that, but the thought did cross my mind a time or two)

I`ve been doing a lot of thinking about this. Partly because it all goes back to the notion of having balance in your life. Mostly because my husband planned a one-week camping trip this summer in a beautiful stretch of mountains with no internet access within at least 50 miles. 

Looks like I will have to just take the time off, with plenty of notice for my clients, of course. In all honesty, I am kind of looking forward to a short break.

When I have no access to the Internet (my business is nearly 100% online) I still have the habit to open the laptop and do something. I usually work on some marketing materials or type down a new advertising deal or something... I just can`t stay away from it.

Meant to ask you, do you use a rotary cutter?  If you don`t, you should really consider it.  That would greatly help with the cutting.
