I would use Google Analytics to cover all of that.

I agree with the above posters, but if you want something else basic you can use statcounter.com . Free and easy to figure out.

If you use Google Analytic, check out www.embeddedanalytics.com.  This is a service which utilizes the Google Analytics API and allows you to define charts and then embed them into your own site.  The charts are realtime.

google analytics is a good free tool. however, have you defined the key statistics you want to monitor? i know some folks in my circle who have customized/through programming a dashboard based on the key statistics they are most interested in
