I describe my new business venture as a global outsourcing marketplace.
 www.outsourcehighway.com

a) Individuals or businesses ("service buyers") who are looking for qualified professionnals can post their projects and tasks on the site.
b) Consultants and freelancers ("service providers") view projects, ask questions, etc. They can apply for (bid on) any project or task they are qualified for/interested in. Buyers freely choose the best offer based on their own criteria.
c) At the end of a project, each party gets to post feedback on the other one.
d) Escrow feature exists to reassure both parties that their money and effort is protected.

Posting projects is free. A low fee is charged to both parties once a project is assigned. I may offer everything free for a time.
Finding service providers seems easy. Service providers have already signed up. Now how do I get service buyers to come?
Service buyers may be individuals/businesses looking to hire a virtual assistant, have original articles written for them, get their website designed and promoted, obtain market research reports, have legal documents drafted, etc
Entrepreneurs who may want to cut their startup costs by outsourcing some tasks could be interested. I know from my own experience that outsourcing is a great tool to get a small busines started.
Your insight is greatly appreciated! Thanks.
