My day job involves outsourcing so its something that's very close to my heart.

There are many other benefits to outsourcing work to other companies, for example outsourcing also removes any HR responsibilities for those particular jobs or functions outsourced. So not only do you save money on salary costs but you also save money on the general cost related to employing staff.
