I have a business that provides "Part Time CFO" services, including budgetin, financial statement preparation, negotiations with banks/investors.

How many of you would consider using such a service, and what do you think are the most valuable services a firm like mine could offer.

I work for a business that has a part time CEO, COO and CFO.  I’ve also found that there are a lot of businesses that only need these positions on a part time basis.

I guess it is no different from people wanting to hire consultants to help them through difficult times or help with specific issues.  I am sure there is a market for this service.
