Hello,

I always want to open a Food related business. Now I have decided to open a hotel. But I have some problems like finance and experience.

I have low capital to start a hotel business and I have no experience in the hotel industry.

Replies me guys.

Thanks

You can start it with the current amount and locate hotel on less expensive area then add some investments and expand it on huge level.

Hello my dear friend. Hotel business is good. But this is also a difficult business. Because here you have to satisfy your customer at the end position. So first try to small own. Go to make restaurant and make that food are low rate but most testy and running and visible. I think all words are not related in food but this is related of business minds.

Hello there,

The Food industry is quite cut throat as you would have realized. It would not be the smartest thing to invest big and enter this industry with little or no experience.

What you can do instead, is focus your efforts on starting small. This means, you invest time in coming up with a great idea and a way to bring it to the market without spending much. A food truck or a stall that sells one terrific item that nobody else sells is bound to do well and expand quickly.

Start small after research and experimenting. Do not aim at going big immediately especially when you don't have the resources or experience to back it.

There are plenty of courses that could help you with this. Just look for hotel management courses around your area.

Do you know someone who runs a hotel? If yes, ask him or her to become your mentor. This can help you get to know the do's and dont's of the business. A job in a hotel can also help you in this regard if you can't find a mentor. Hope this helped

One of the best thing that you need to do is to study more and look for a partner. In Finland many people who are building a business use to study first in a Business school  and look for a partner so that you a partner for financial and other stuff on building a business.
