I have to disagree with prior response. The answer is Yes to both questions. You can use your local UPS store`s mail box address. You are better off using UPS mail boxes for business addresses rather than a P.O. box at your local post office. Using the UPS store mail boxes you actually get to use a street address instead of a P.O. Box #. Using a street address/UPS mail box makes you look a little more legitimate than having a P.O.Box #. The UPS store address actually makes it look like you are in an office complex. I use my UPS mail box address for my home based business address on everything. Example of my address:
Child Security Services
650 S. Hwy 27, Suite 5-164
Somerset, KY 42501
The UPS store is located in a mini-mall and all the brick/mortar businesses in that building have the same street address of 650 S. Hwy 27, but each business has a separate Suite #, hence the UPS store is in Suite 5, my mail box # at that UPS store is 164. Suite 5-164 identifies that is MY own personal mail box, and the 200 other people who have mail boxes there, all use the same street address, same Suite #, but each of us has a different mail box number. Also, someplaces will not accept you listing a P.O.Box for your address; (such as for shipments) they require a "physical location" and using the UPS store address meets that requirement as it looks like you are in an actual office building, and they can actually sign for your packages if you want them to.
