Job Description

As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include: Develop product specifications which translate into site features and enhancements Manage product status working with technical, design, marketing, and finance teams. Measure product performance and identification of key levers of improvement - including design, marketing, sales points, and analysis of relevant reports
Monitor the competitive landscape, identifying and leading relevant market, site and consumer research needs

As our “Home Based Business” Product Manager you will need an understanding, top to bottom, of how a successful "make money from home" product operates, from a managerial standpoint. Prior experience in this field is a necessity. A passion for getting customers excited about improving themselves and sharing knowledge online is a must. You`ll need to be good with numbers, technical concepts, and you need to be able to absorb information and learn quickly as this field changes on an almost daily basis. You`ll be in charge of several product lines ranging from standard "how to" websites to advanced new concepts and delivery methods and will need a strong grasp of how they all work, can break, and can be improved on. Your ultimate goal will be to create 5-10 independent product lines and manage their growth on a daily basis.

Job Requirements
Minimum 6 years experience including at least 2+ years experience in product management at a leading e-commerce company
Demonstrated consumer mind-set
Specific experience in successfully developing and managing new product launches including a proven ability to champion products and drive to key decisions
Experienced business judgment, BS/BA required, MBA a plus
Excellent communication skills at all levels of an organization
Strong organization and analytic skills absolutely required
Experience with MLM Executive techniques is a plus
An interest and/or previous experience in making money at home products is a plus

$3,000/month + netbook PC on request + iPhone 3G 8GB + unlimited cell phone usage + full health insurance + expat package with $700/month housing credit plus 1 roundtrip flight to US each year + 10% profit from the division you manage up to $250K annually, increasing $50K per year
