You need to include an offer, front and center.  A coupon or something.  It should be hard to resist.  This is the most important thing you can do with this site.  Design issues are secondary to whether you have an ir-resistable offer.

At the risk of being flamed for responding...

Your landing page doesn't tell the viewer anything about the business, what benefits do you offer, and especially, WHY should I click to go to the next page?

Style-wise, I like the basic design.  And since every page is "under construction", that's about all that can be said.  Continue on the direction that you have started, and consider making your home page the landing page.
