I`m almost to the point I`ll need to hire people to sew my eye and neck pillows.  I`ll start slowly with probably one or two people.  I will probably pay by the piece.

I need some advice on this.  Help!

You can probably find some people on Craigslist if you advertise locally that you are looking for people with their own equipment. Sounds like the perfect job for a stay at home mom.

What are the tasks that will be given to these people that you are going to hire? If it is some routine tasks, I would recommend hiring a virtual assistant or using a virtual assistant service like TaskUs which charges proportionately according to the hours of work that you require.

Here`s an interview that I did with the co-founders of TaskUs:

There are a lot of scams involving making products at home, so you`d have to get past that perception.
