I am in the middle of hiring for some potential senior management for a start-up. Many people propose various ways and methods when it comes to recruiting a team. Which way(s) are a more efficient method of hiring senior management for a start-up?
- Networking - Through your attorney & accountant. Or through contacts in corporate America.
- College Recruiting - Getting in touch with local talent though you local colleges.
- Internet - Online job sites; monster.com, careerbuilder.com, etc..
- Any other ways to hire people?
