Hello, my name is Sarah.  Last year my husband purchased a gas station/convenience store in a small rural village (less that 10 businesses total) and this past summer we purchased a decommissioned school kitty-corner from the station.  We hope to have a business with many smaller shops inside (like an antique mall format).  We are currently (and have been since purchase) dealing with getting the property rezoned, until that happens we are sitting with our hands tied.  I look forward to sharing with and learning from you all
