I started a nanny agency last August, specializing in Nannies from Europe.
In March I moved, and I basically had a 4-month break from the business and was just able to start up again this July.
I also have 2 young children I am trying to keep entertained at the same time.
In August, I will be holding my first nanny fair. I am also busy scrambling to find nannies, find families, market, research, advertise... the list goes on.
